Payment:
When payment is by credit card, for goods ordered via the ordering system on this website, your credit card account will be debited with the total sum due in Pounds Sterling. Currency conversion rates on overseas orders are determined by Paypal who use the business rate of exchange at the time the card transaction is processed by them.


Your card account will be debited by Paypal on receipt of order.
For orders faxed to us with your Credit Card details the same method as above will be used at the time of despatch.


For orders mailed to us, please enclose your cheque in Pounds Sterling drawn on a UK bank for the total amount due or your credit card details including, card number, commencement and expiry dates, 3 digit pin (last 3 digits found on the back of your card on the signature strip), name, address and daytime telephone number. (When using your Switch card please remember to include the issue number). Goods will only be despatched upon our receipt of cleared funds.

Purchases:
All goods purchased will only be exchanged, or credited, if returned, in as new condition within 7 days of the despatch date. Non-receipt of goods should be advised to us by e-mail or fax, within 36 days of notified receipt of order date.


If your goods arrive in a damaged condition you should immediately notify the carrier and advise us within 7 days of the receipt of goods.
Please note that when returning goods the carriage and insurance are the liability of the buyer.

 Shipping

I will ship all over the World. Please remember you will be responsible for any customs clearance and associated costs for international orders.

Your purchase is lovingly hand packed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) of receiving your order; payments by cheque will be dispatched on clearance of funds.

Delivery Times

I use Royal Mail* 1st Class for all deliveries.
Delivery is calculated by weight and destination at Royal Mail's standard rates. 


Delivery within UK normally takes 1-2 business days.
Delivery for the EU normally takes 3-5 business days.
Delivery for Rest of the World normally takes 4-7 business days.


Returns Policy

1. If you wish to return or exchange an item(s). Please notify us by email with your address details and order reference number..

3. All goods should be packed appropriately and insured against loss or damage. Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest Post Office. Always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to Baggitz at your own expense.

4. We will write to you to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your refund credit or exchange order (when in stock) within 2-3 weeks after you post the goods back to us. No refunds, credit notes or exchanges can be made, where goods do not reach us, or reach us in an unacceptable condition.

5. Refunds are made for the price of the goods, but shipping charges are not refundable.

6. Please note that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer and if you decide to swap an item we can't stop the payer knowing.

6. We regret to advise that earrings may not be refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

 

Guarantee:
All of our products carry a three month guarantee against defects in manufacture. In the unlikely event of this occurring please advise us immediately by e-mail or fax, and return the goods for credit or replacement.


In this event all carriage and insurance costs will be refunded to you upon presentation of your carriers receipt.
